Returns:

Of course we hope that you are happy with your purchase. If that is not the case, you have 14 days to return your order. We guarantee a refund, provided that the items are in good condition (undamaged), unused and in the original packaging.

How do you return an order?

  • Fill in the return form. You can find the return form at the bottom of this page. Fill in the form completely and add it to your return shipment.
  • Pack the items in the original packaging or a well-protected replacement packaging to prevent damage during transportation.
  • Don't forget to add the return form to your package. Please note: without a return form we unfortunately cannot process your return.
  • Returns are at your own expense and responsibility. We are not liable for returns that are lost or undelivered. Please ensure that the package is sent directly to the return address; we do not collect returns from a collection point. You can choose which transport you return via.
  • You must return your package within 14 days of receiving your order.

Refund:

We aim to process your return as quickly as possible once we receive it. Refunds will be processed exclusively via the original payment method and will be visible on your account within 7 days of receipt of the return.

Warranty:

Nichie The Label offers a 14 day warranty on the items in case of a defect. Please note: we do not offer a warranty on damage caused by washing, carelessness, attempts to modify the product, or when the product is used for purposes for which it is not intended. Once an item has been worn, we can no longer be held responsible.

NB:

- Please note that the cost of returning your order is at your own expense. We advise you to keep a proof of postage with tracking information as we are not responsible for lost returns.

- Sale items cannot be returned.

- Earrings and hair accessories are excluded from returns due to hygiene regulations.

Received a damaged or incorrect item?

If the item you ordered is damaged or wrong due to a manufacturing error, please contact us within two days at info@nichiethelabel.com and include a photo of the product. Then return the product as soon as possible using the return form below.
